There’s a New Face in Town! Jeanine Callahan Joins MasterPeace Services as Senior Vice President

MasterPeace Solutions is pleased to announce that Jeanine Callahan, a people-centered leader for technical services organizations serving the United States Intelligence Community, has been named Senior Vice President of MasterPeace Technology Services. In this role, Jeanine will leverage her experience in organization development to achieve MasterPeace’s strategic and operational outcomes. Jeanine’s career has been dedicated to maturing and scaling small and mid-sized businesses, primarily in the Intelligence Community.

About Jeanine


Jeanine joins MasterPeace Solutions from Plus3 IT Systems, where, as Vice President of Corporate Operations, she led the integration of robust business development operations, resulting in their first DevSecOps prime contract award as well as General Service Administration’s (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) for cloud services. She designed and effectively resourced a corporate operations team to ensure security, employment, business operations, and contract compliance, achieving ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System registration. Jeanine also previously served in numerous roles from consultant to Chief Growth Officer over 14 years at Eagle Ray. She provided direct on-site customer support, and positioned the company for successful expansion of its presence within current and prospective client agencies. She has set strategy and led successful capture of over $200M in new business. In her tenure at Eagle Ray, the company grew from three to over 120 employees.


Jeanine is a member of the Intelligence and National Security Alliance (INSA) Advisory Committee as well as the George Mason University School of Business’ Business for a Better World (B4BW) Advisory Board and Chair of the Impact Fellows Subcommittee. She earned an Organization Development certificate from Georgetown University, an M.S. in Technology Management from George Mason University and a B.S. in Foreign Services in Economics from Georgetown University.


When asked what she is most excited about ….“I am thrilled to begin working with MasterPeace, immersing myself in our unique value proposition and doing my part to unleash imagination and creativity across our employee base,” says Callahan. “With the goal of expanding into Northern Virginia, we will create new opportunities for current engineers as well as bring our technology innovation model to aspiring entrepreneurs in this region. I look forward to seeing what we will accomplish together throughout the rest of 2021.”
