Drew Cohen is a leader, entrepreneur, engineer, and innovator whose career spans areas directly relevant to the multiple facets of MasterPeace's business model. He has experience in Silicon Valley as a CEO and CTO building venture-backed technology companies and has deep experience leading technology efforts in support of the Intelligence Community. This combination of experience makes Drew well-suited to lead MasterPeace in our quest to be a significant technology innovator. Drew is an engineer, by both training and desire, with deep passion for technology and innovation. Throughout his career he has demonstrated the ability to develop teams of 'Smart Creative' engineers and align them with a vision for creating new leading edge technology Services, Solutions, and Product businesses.
Steve Horn has an extensive background in starting and building businesses, predominantly at the intersection of advanced technology and the National Security Community. He has founded or co-founded eight companies, all successful, over the past 30+ years. Two of his previous companies qualified for the Inc. 500 list of fastest-growing companies in the country, one of which was formally recognized.
Jeanine uniquely integrates organization development methodologies with technical service delivery to achieve corporate growth, employee experience, and customer mission objectives. Leveraging deep managerial, technical, and business development experience in the defense, intelligence, and homeland security communities, Jeanine’s passion is maturing and scaling small businesses to achieve strategic and operational outcomes.
Jim is proven leader in the areas of finance and administration whose background enhances the Company's ability to accelerate its infrastructure to support it's mission. He has a background in accounting having worked in both public accounting and the private sector as well as over 15 years in software with expertise in the implementation and product management domains.
Bill is a seasoned technical leader and Executive Advisor with over 25 years experience. He has an extensive background in leading teams in the delivery of enterprise systems, high-performance computing, and Service Oriented Architectures. Bill has been recognized by Steve Blank for the work he has done in teaching and expanding on The Startup Owner’s Manual, a methodology used to teach at leading universities worldwide.
