Joe Pacileo

Joe Pacileo is a Cybersecurity professional whose career spans both public and private sector service. Joe obsesses about workforce well-being and customer success, and he firmly believes that great companies are built around these two key ingredients. Joe’s professional career has focused on leading highly capable, technical workforces in agile, innovative organizations. He’s led organizations delivering leading-edge technology products, services, and solutions for both the Intelligence Community and commercial customers in critical infrastructure sectors. This combination of experience makes Joe well-suited to lead MasterPeace to the next level of growth and success.
Joe’s public sector career began as a Military Intelligence officer and culminated in leading Computer Network Exploitation and Computer Network Attack missions as a Colonel/06 assigned to NSA and US Cyber Command. After government service, Joe led cybersecurity support operations as the Vice President and General Manager at TASC Inc. (acquired by Engility Corp, acquired by SAIC), the Vice President of Cyber Operations at ManTech Int., and the Director of Access Enabling Technologies at Northrop Grumman Corp. Joe’s most recent role was Senior Vice President at IronNet, Inc., working directly for the Founder, Chairman, and Co-CEO General (Ret.) Keith B. Alexander. At IronNet, he led the global product delivery mission and critical engagements with commercial, defense industrial base, and government partners.
Joe is also honored to serve as President of the Fort Meade Alliance, an independent, non-profit community organization, whose mission is to support Fort Meade as an economic asset to the region and a defense asset to the nation. The Alliance includes nearly 300 companies representing more than 100,000 employees.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, a Master of Science degree from Central Michigan University, and maintains a current PMP certification.
