Director of Finance and Operations
Jim's background is customer facing and client service. HIs career started with Price Waterhouse developing his accounting and tax skills as a Tax Associate. He moved into the corporate tax world and grew both his technical and management skills. After the annual repetition of tax became less interesting, Jim took his tax knowledge and moved in the tax compliance software industry with the largest provider of solutions to the accounting and corporate industry as an implementation and training consultant. After a move to the Northern Virginia area in the late 90's, Jim started a 13 year stint at Deltek, one of the leaders in ERP software in the project-based business space. There he had years of exposure working with Government Contractors and Professional Service organizations on their implementations and refining their business requirements into software roadmaps.
Jim, then spent the last 6 years working with two public accounting firms in the operations roles, where he had responsibility for Finance, HR, Marketing, IT and other Administrative operations that supported the client facing staff.
At MasterPeace, Jim coordinates with the rest of the Executive team to execute the strategic and operational plans for MasterPeace Solutions as well as engages with the project teams as they begin their journey through the start up process to provide legal, financial and other resources. Jim is active in the Little Italy community in Baltimore and served as the President of his HOA from 2010-2016.
