Haleh Kraft

VP Operations & Finance

 

Haleh is a seasoned finance and business operations professional who has led a global career that began in Zurich, Switzerland in Treasury and Corporate Finance. She worked for Credit Suisse, Bankers Trust, and Kraft General Foods Int’l before moving to the US in the ‘90s. Back in the U.S., she began her career as a finance professional in defense contracting where she accumulated experience over the years in Finance and Business Operations, managing portfolios of different sizes with P&L responsibility ranging from $350M to $1.6B. As a Business Ops Lead, she was also responsible for FP&A, Long Range/Strategic Planning, monthly/quarterly forecasts, and business reviews.

 

She has extensive new business/capture proposal support experience; was part of the proposal team that won the recent $8B CHS-6 award for Leidos Logistics Operation (Take away from GD).  She worked for Lockheed Martin for 16 years and moved to Leidos when Lockheed Martin’s IS&GS Group merged with Leidos in 2016.  Post-merger, she became the Director of Finance and Business Operations for the National Solutions Operation within the Intelligence Group before moving over to the Defense Group to lead the Enterprise & Cyber Solutions Operation as VP of Finance and Business Ops.

 

Most recently, she oversaw Finance and Business Management for the Logistics and Mission Support portfolio at Leidos. She is multi-lingual (English, German, French, Farsi, Spanish), has an Economics degree from Tufts University, and a Master of Business Administration from Marymount University.
