Mr. Horn is on the Board of Directors of MasterPeace Solutions, Ltd., and is the President and Owner of SJ Horn Associates (an Executive Search and Business Consulting Firm) and Technical Talent Locators, Ltd. (a technical search firm that has focused on the Intelligence Community for the past 25 years). He is also the Founding Partner of Hire Performance, a firm focused on Outsourced Search Services and Contract Recruiting services to the companies in support of the DoD/Intelligence Community. During his 25 years in the industry, Mr. Horn has participated in the placement of nearly 2,000 executives, managers, and engineers within the DoD/Intelligence Community. Additionally, Mr. Horn has executed dozens of consulting assignments related to retention, organizational development, strategic business planning, mergers and acquisitions planning and execution, staffing and business development for DoD/Intelligence contractors.

Mr. Horn is the founding partner and currently serves on the Board of Directors for MasterPeace Solutions, an advanced engineering firm focused on the National Security/Intelligence Community. He also was a founding partner of Wells Landers and Red Arch Solutions, both are successful engineering firms supporting the Intelligence Community.

Mr. Horn also specializes in pre-transaction planning, value enhancement and strategic acquirer identification for White Peak Capital’s Federal & DoD/Intelligence sector clients. With the in-depth knowledge gained over the span of a 25-year career in the sector, he is able to generate proprietary M&A opportunities for buy-side clients while helping generate premium valuations for sellers.

Mr. Horn is a current active member of AFCEA, ASBC, and IEEE. He also serves as a Board Member of CASA , a non-profit organization supporting the interests of children as they move through the court system and enter the social services system. He is a graduate of Towson State University with a B.S. in English Literature.
